Sleep for 8 hours daily

My greatest past time is now a promising factor that governs the body weight of human beings. Many of us don’t experience the balanced sleeping system without which our energy is deprived by a greater amount. It has now been found that shutting your eyes 8 hours daily is the easiest way to become slim. Sleeping for less than 6 hours a night or more than 9 hours induces more weight than those who sleep for seven or eight hours daily.

The rationale behind this is that the amount of sleep a person gets can govern his or her weight. This is because sleep affects hormones levels, in particular those involved in appetite and feeling full after the meal. Prolonged sleeping may aggravate weakness in your sleeping system. This is due to the fact you reduce your prior wakefulness, exposure to sunlight, activity levels and your body temperature at a low for an extended period. This induces your melatonin hormone level to stay longer due to which you become more tired and drowsy all the day. The reflection of this fragile sleep system and the inability to get proper restful and energizing sleep will be low energy levels and a weakened immune system.

If you're currently sleeping around 8 to 10 hours and you feel LOW on energy during the day, it's not because you need more sleep. YOU NEED LESS SLEEP and MORE ENERGY from your sleep.
